Rebekah Cugle President

Rebekah created Dawn Hill Fight Foundation, Inc. in honor of Dawn Hill, her beloved late wife and partner of 17 years, who passed from Stage 4 pancreatic cancer in December 2016. Rebekah resides in Abingdon, Maryland with her boyfriend, his two sons, and their rescue pup. Rebekah’s grown daughter lives close by in Baltimore, Maryland. Rebekah works within the Human Resources and Talent Acquisition profession as a Sr. Recruiter. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, kayaking, biking (any outdoor activity really), as well as photography.

Jody Crouse Treasurer

Jody lives in Street, Maryland on a 10-acre horse farm with her husband, daughter, and mother. Jody works at Spettro Consulting as the Director of Operations while also assisting a Commercial Real Estate Agent for Cumming and Co Commercial. In her free time, she enjoys going to the gym, kayaking, riding horses, and spending time with her family.


Dave Niedzialkowski

Vice President

Dave lives in in Abingdon, Maryland with his girlfriend, Rebekah and his two sons, Ryan and Colin, along with their rescue pup Layla. Dave works as a Sr. Real Estate Agent with Redfin.  In addition to serving on the board for the Dawn Hill Fight Foundation, Dave has spent the last 15 years coaching his sons in the Bel Air Baseball program. In his free time, Dave enjoys watching his sons playing their various sports, oil painting, spending time with family, and taking many adventures with Rebekah.

Amanda Girolamo-Rosier

Secretary

Amanda lives in Bel Air, Maryland with her husband, two teenage sons and a 4-year-old standard poodle. Amanda works at Transamerica where she is a Senior Manager Workplace TPA oversight. Volunteering is one of her passions, and in addition to serving on the board for the Dawn Hill Fight Foundation, she also serves as a member of the United Way committee at Transamerica. In her free time, she enjoys writing, reading, crafting, cooking, yoga, travelling, spending time in Ocean City and cheering on her children’s football and lacrosse teams and her Baltimore Ravens. She has started writing a few books and strives to one day to see at least one of her books on a shelf in a brick-and-mortar bookstore.
